Sure, it's smallish, dark, quiet and romantic -- but it's the Chicken Vesuvio here that makes me crazy. The dish is a Chicago classic, but here it's presented better than anywhere else. The huge chicken fillet is shaped/rolled into a tower, then topped with a light butter-lemon sauce -- the roasted potatoes are also out of this world. The neighborhood can be a bit sketchy at night, so grab a cab.
Pros: Chicken Vesuvio
Cons: Out of the way
