I went into Coach in search of a specific wallet on a Saturday. The saleswoman was extremely helpful and showed me all of the models fitting my request. Unfortunately, the store did not have the color I selected in stock. The saleswoman called a store across town, placed the order, and I received the wallet via FedEx at my office on Monday with no extra charge. I was really impressed. The saleswoman from the other store even included a handwritten note thanking me for my business.
