This hotel is vastly over-rated.I have stayed at better Hampton Inns.There was no check-in bell service.The phones didn't work properly.The room service person told me he was "too busy" to take my order.There were screaming kids running up and down the hall.We were late for our dinner reservation because of the hotel's inability(given 45 minutes notice) to get us a cab.If this is Birmingham's best, God help Birmingham.
