A great dining experience! I was in Denver for one night and asked my hotel concierge for a restaurant recommendation that was ""uniquely Denver."" Vesta was his recommendation and it was awesome!
The food was excellent (especially the ahi tuna rolls for an appetizer) and the service was prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend Vesta to anyone!
