We've traveled all over the world and the service and ambiance in this hotel is truly worthy of its five-diamond rating. The concierge was particularly helpful with theater and transportation confirmations, all with a smile! Our room had a very spacious bathroom and bedroom w/DVD player and Frette sheets. The doormen were kind and recognized us each time we returned to the building. Overall, a perfect stay.
