If you are a (affluent) regular, they are nice to you. If you are new they can be quite rude. We waited along time for our food to arrive but my husband loved it, thought it was the best ever. I wasn't that thrilled. For the price you dont get what you pay for. You can get sushi for far less that's equal or better and they aren't so snooty about serving you. The pretentious sucking up to the rich made me ill.
