And at Tru you are paying for the service. Me and my significant other celebrated pre Christmas weekend by having dinner at Tru. We had the Chef's Special 9 course seafood only selection. Although the meal was a bit pricey, the service was world class, she has not stopped talking about the experience yet. Her smile was priceless. Oh, the food was pretty good too, I don't give the food a perfect score; the 9 course selection only allowed for small portions which although delightful doesn't allow one to really savor any one thing.
