This is a newer property, so it is like most Fairfield Inns, but the service is below average and unfriendly. A legal document was left at the desk for us today, but nobody bothered to notify us. The most important job of the desk staff seems to be watching TV in the lounge, and you rarely get even a perfunctory smile. Maids forget to leave cups. One is often accosted by panhandlers in the parking lot, so it doesn't feel completely safe. Undersized luggage carts. Problem is, the only other FI in town is worse.
