The past 2 times I attempted to board my dog at Bed & Biscuit the owner was on the phone. The first time, I had to wait OVER 30 MINUTES while she ordered dog food. The second time, after waiting 20 minutes my dog started crying and the owner told me to be quiet because she was on the phone!! If they treat humans this badly, how do they treat dogs?
