any lover of barbecue.
My friend consumed-inhaled-a pound of ribs in
minutes. Normally he eats like a bird. I had a
pound of beef brisket, which I made into ""sandwiches"" with the ultra-fresh white bread meant to buffer delicate stomachs (I guess).
What to expect: Fast delivery; total quality and
an outstanding sauce.
What not to expect: waitresses; finger bowls and/or fine china. There aren't any. You use your fingers and eat from
salmon colored sheets of butcher paper. This is
hard core barbecue. If you aren't a meat eater,
forget it.
