It's great to see Korean food getting its due in the diverse Portland dining scene, and Bewon is the best way to start! Even in the food-rich NW you'll need to seek it out -- I don't feel bad for missing it until now since they've only been open for a few months. My wife and I had the 8-course dinner -- a perfect introduction to the restaurant. And, at $25 each, a bargain! The pumpkin-noodle salad (the 3rd course), however, was the find of the evening! Asian-food lovers won't be surprised by most of the fare, but it's prepared and presented so well that you know you'll be back for individual entrees on another visit. The entire staff was gracious and informative. A real treat!
