We were seated quickly but the food was slow in coming. They ran out of 3 of the entree items leaving the menu a bit sparce. My entree of Scallops suffered as a result. They ran out in mid course. Running out of a popular item late into the evening is one thing but not to this extent. We observed other tables of people who were vocally upset with the pace of service.
I do however like the wine list since there are many wines by the glass and it is reasonable.
Would I recommend Tink's? No, not yet. Our experience was bad. They were in no way capable of dealing with the Saturday crowd. They were way in over their heads. A shame really since it has such potential.
