This place is decent for the price. I used to pay $40 for a haircut at a fancy-schmancy hair salon. I'm quite happy with the $10 cut I get at Andre's.
Sofia is the hair stylist that I ask for everytime I go. She hasn't let me down, yet. In fact, I'm going there again today for another cut.
