Cielo is a hidden gem in Memphis. It is easy to miss, as it is in an old 1800's house that was converted to a restaurant. The food is good. They keep things simple as far as options (one page menu), but every thing sounds good. When I went, the fish of the day was sea bass which is hard to find now a days. They close promptly at 9:00 PM on weekdays, so be sure to get there by 8:30.
