I feel that Quang's makes the Twin Cities metro a better place to live (for my family at least). I almost don't want to let the secret out about this restaurant - but hey sometimes it's better to share. Having moved here from the West Coast a few years ago I have experienced a lot of sadness at the local dining and grocery store scene. I grew up in Los Angeles and learned about food from many sources - some of the best of which were my classmates grandparents (who may or may not have mastered English yet - but we communicated in the language of food). I took the culturally mixed variety of Califa's food for granted. The change that is under way here makes me feel at home again. Thank you to all the people who bring enrichment and diversity to the upper midwest!
