While the idea of a venue on the river is nice, the passing river traffic gets annoying when you're trying to LISTEN to a concert. The standing room only section is cool, but the seating stinks... Especially if you're in the first couple rows. The security staff does a horrible job of keeping people from standing in the walkways and blocking the views of the folks who paid to sit in the seats there. Accoustics stink, which is a shame, because they book some good concerts.
Pros: good parking, good shows
Cons: bad acoustics, not year round, bad service
