Chain restaurants get a bad rap for their lack of originality. Maybe Im just too blue collar for the whole parsley on top of my steak scene but Im more concerned with the meat than anything. The steaks you get at outback while not the best of quality are of good quality and are quite flavorful. You can usually count on them to be well prepared and the service is always friendly and pleasant and if its not right the management has no problems with making it right. I've eaten at outback countless times and would rather eat here amongst my people instead of heading up town to eat an overpriced piece of crap with a garnish on top.
