This center was suggested by Progressive Insurance Company and the price it offered was actually a lot of cheaper than the other company nearby. It also told me that if I wanted to go through my insurance company, they sure would report a higher price but I myself will also pay a higher price. I ended up had a lower price and pay all the fee by myself.
