She has a very good skill. I understand this after going to other Dentists in town. I went to other dentists because UI student insurance does pay full for Cheng Chifan DDS. But it covers around 80% so it is good enough. She is actually a child dentist so it is kind of strange when making appointment for myself. The secretary often assumed I was calling for my child. However, she does have a lot of Taiwanese / Chinese patients because of the language convenience.
