This insurance broker is really nothing special. They aren't bad, they aren't great - they're just average. The prices aren't anything great and the service is okay. It's really kind of "hit and miss". Sometimes you will get great service and they will go out of their way to help you out. Other times, it is a chore just to get them to return a phone call. I'm sure that if you are in the market for an insurance broker, you could probably do better. Then again, you could probably do worse...
