Purgatory has been named one of the best golf courses and it is. Though very difficult, you'd be hard pressed to find a better course.
It is extremely tight all the way around and very unforgiving. The holes play totally different depending on which tee you play from.
The course is well-maintained. It's a very enjoyable, albeit frustrating, place to play.
