Hayward Landing is a beautifully redone old textile mill building. It is on the banks of the Mumford River and is in the heart of the Blackstone Valley. The building itself is on the National Registry of Historic Places. The lobby has one of the original textile looms in it, as well as a skylight all the way to the ceiling on the 4th floor. The apartments are spacious and the ground and building are taken care of well. The management even throws parties and bbq's for the residents throughout the year. There's an after school and summer program for the kids, a pool and a gym on site, as well as laundry facilities on every floor. It's an excellent place to live!
