My girlfriend had a salad that had a chunk of plastic in it, the sushi we ordered was frozen, and the chicken wasn't cooked enough. After talking to the manager he said, "sushi is suppose to be that way," and blamed the bad meal on, "Ogawa was closed this week." after giving us ten percent off the bill he said if that wasn't good enought we can just not tip the waiter. The waiter was good the food was the aweful.
