I stopped by with my son who is in a stroller, opened the door to be confronted with at least 20 stairs!!! I had to leave the stroller outside, but I have no idea what someone in a wheelchair would do. They had a pretty good selection (including Koigu) and were nice to me and had toys for the kids, but I wasn't interested in buying anything and am not interested in climbing the stairs again. It's too bad.
