when i had to rent a car due to my husband getting in a car accident enterprise went out of their way to get me the car that worked best for me. they knew i needed a car that would be big enough for two car seats and two people plus it had to be one i would be able to drive. they were very understanding with me telling them my insurance would be paying them since we were in an accident an when i said i needed it for ten days they were great with it. they also told me that since i would be dropping it off after they were closed that i could just drop the keys in their drop off box which was great. if i ever need to rent a car again i will go to them first.
