Donna Masterson is the owner and hair stylist at this small salon. The location is wonderful. It is in a building with a bunch of individually owned suites of people doing any number of things in the beautification department. Donna is truly an expert at what she does and she strives to make her clients happy. Her prices are reasonable and the quality of her service is excellent.
