I've had T Mobile service for 2 years. We recently added my husband to my account. The sales girl told us there would be no start up charges to do this, and there was. We felt deceived. We do like that the T-mobile to T-mobile calls are free but other carriers give you that feature too, so I don’t think we would use T-Mobile again in the future.
