This is the cutest little shop. It has been there for decades now, I am sure. I went there when I was a little girl even! The owner of Shirley's is such a nice person. She always went out of her way to make getting my hair done a special occassion. It is located in midtown area, and so it is easily accessible to everyone. The prices are very reasonable.
