The house my parents bought in '93 has the windows that were fashionable at the time--the kind that you use a crank to open, instead of sliding up. It looks cool, the whole window is a single pane, but they kind of are stupid, the crank tends to break if you try to open the window when it's frozen.
Wilson came out and replaced three sets of windows, 6 in all. They were able to reuse the old frames, so they windows match perfectly. You can't even tell that any work was done.
