I would say this store definitely tried its hardest to please their customers. I dont know if this is the regular practice but the salesman kept "going to the manager" to see if he could get us a better deal. I felt like he was giving us the run-a-round a bit. We ended up buying our car elsewhere. However they have a very large selection of cars.
