I too experienced the same problems! Roy Madearis and his wife photographed our wedding and we did not at all get what we paid for. We paid for 6 hours of photography and did not receive that. The amount of pictures was not many and family members and friends took better pictures! I actually provided my pictures for Madearis to use in our wedding album. They did not get the "I do" kiss and missed several important moments of ceremony. When we asked them about why they spent a lot of the time against the walls...they replied that that was their "down time." I'm sorry, but we did not pay over $3500 for "down time!" Especially since we had both of them plus an assistant! The only good thing that came out of this was that we did receive some parent albums...but we had to ask for compensation for what they did not provide. I would not recommend them to any bride or for any occasion that you would need pictures for.
