Mr. Lucas with Diamond Door replaced my opener back in September. I purchased the battery back-up feature because of all the power outages we have here, the very next day we were hit with the "blackout", the opener worked just like it should and it is so quiet you can barely hear it. The service and product is top notch....I highly recommend Diamond Door.
