this is a free public library. they have many locarions in all of cleveland. they offer dvd rentals for free for 7 days and vhs for 21. they have computers with printers and you can use them for up to 30 mins. they have a catolog and you can request anything you need,. they have newspapers for reading and magazines. you can take out older magazines but you have to read the new ones in the library. they have a childrens and teens section. the staff is very friendly.
