I am very happy with this place as it is your no frills gym for a serious workout. Staff is on hand to lend helpful advise and the staff are very professional and nice. This is a great gym its for people who are more into fitness than hanging out. It you are serious about your health and want to work out on state of the art equipment this place is perfect for you.
