If you own an Apple computer, I recommend First Tech! We had a hard repair and Apple refused to cover it under our warrenty even though it was half their fault. To fix it would have been $1000. We brought it to First Tech and the repair man called on our behalf and convinced Apple to fix it for us for free!! Wonderful, wonderful service.
