Poorest customer service,and no personal responsibility. The kid writing up our faucet ordered the wrong item. We were told it was our fault! After insulting calls from a store rep, my husband finally negotiated a change with Mr Morgan. The replacement faucet arrived: still WRONG--porcelain handle instead of chrome! AND the handle is BROKEN. Yet I'm too fearful to go back. Refused to be pay for verbal abuse and still wrong item. Have shifted my $ to WaterConcepts in Tacoma--they are angels!
