Servpro is the type of company you hope to never call. They specialize in cleaning up after either a leak or a fire. I called them on a Sunday morning after my hot water heater burst, and they arrived approximately an hour later, ready to work. They were quick and neat, and left behind some equipment to dry everything up. They came back twice - once to check on things and once to pick up the equipment. My only issue is that the billing is a little vague. They gave us a quote but never gave us a final bill when they picked up the equipment. Overall I am satisfied though.
