Charles & Al’s Barber Shop is my husband’s favorite barber shop. He loves to go there and chat with the barbers, who are all so very nice, and the other customers waiting for a haircut. They have been in business for as long as I can remember. They should be in their new location next to the parking garage this week. That should make the parking situation so much better.
