I have worked with Felicia for 3yrs she has managed my property in Warner Robins for over three years. The cleaning team gets in and out of the house in less than an hour. Back of the garage sheet rock was damaged by a guest. And we weren’t told about it until we came down there to check on the house. Also the by folding door next to the garage interior door was knocked out of the Trac. We wanted to take them out to dinner when we were down there. She said she was sick. Then showed up right after we left , and spent the night. Also wouldn’t answer the phone only text messages. Then didn’t pay me for the booking for July and half of August. The address she listed for her residence she doesn’t live there.Don’t use her services they are sub standard just got back from house there were cob webs under the back of the couch.
Make sure you are the host and not her. That way the money comes to you and she would be the co host.
I feel like an idiot trusting her. She was very prompt with the guests to answer there phone calls but not mine. Only texting if you read this and know where she lives contact me at 360-790-3181 or phillips810@yahoo.com so I can serve her with small claims lawsuit for none payment of bookings.
