I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional work of your service technician, Fabian, emergency light service tech. He recently assisted us at our Memory Care facility by relocating all our emergency exit signs in preparation for a state inspection at our Arlington Heights location. Fabian was not only highly professional and efficient, but also one of the most courteous and polite technicians I have ever encountered. He was incredibly mindful of our residents - many of whom use wheelchairs - and made every effort to stay out of their way while completing his work. His respectful and considerate manner did not go unnoticed by our staff and residents alike. Please extend our sincere appreciation to Fabian for a job very well done. He is truly a credit to your team.
