Jonathan Kelman Is A Caring Criminal Defense Attorney Until Your Money Runs Out!
I was charged and then convicted of a sex crime. I paid a lot of money and went into deep debt to have Jonathan Kelman defend me in court. Jonathan Kelman communicated with the Special District Attorney and accepted a plea deal. A public defender could have done the same job and would have kept me out of the deep debt I am now in.
The only 2 things that saved me from serving years in prison were;
(1) I had a clean record.
(2) The police had very little evidence against me.
After the court case, Jonathan Kelman told me that I could go back to court and have my record expunged. I ended up going back to court by myself because I didn’t have anymore money to pay Jonathan Kelman. In the courtroom, the Special District Attorney told me and the judge that my case was Not Eligible for Expungement!
I would have received the same outcome and saved a lot of money if I would have had a public defender.
