The customer service and follow through of this company is terrible. They referred me back to the warranty company multiple times when they could have helped/answered my questions if someone took a little bit of time and just had a little bit of customer service experience. The attitude of everyone I spoke to was an I don't care/not my problem type of attitude. Twice I was told that someone would call me back and nothing. Very frustrating!
