I've used this company for several projects and have always been happy until the last one. I told the workers several times during the day not to forget a piece that was important to me. As they prepared to leave, that piece was not completed. I was told they could not finish it because they had another job the next day. Despite Baldemar's assurances the job would be finished, it still has not been completed 6 weeks later and no date has been set to complete it.
