John Jones of decked out and fenced in asked for a 50% percent deposit (2600.00) for deck repair. Pushed back deadline several times leaving deck unsafe and husband having to repair. Monies for lumber purchased and returned by John still owed to consumer, which he acknowledged to me today by phone yet reports he doesn't have the money to return. Please note John cashed 2600.00 deposit in under an hour yet wants unlimited patience to return money owed to consumer. Job never finished. John gives excessive amounts of excuses and takes zero responsibility for his poor business practices yet wants empathy that he doesn't have the money to return. Still awaiting money without any time-frame or estimate to return. John also angry about reviews yet not doing anything to resolve the financial matter.
