The Center a place of hope provides DBT therapy which helped me a lot. I came with pretty high anxiety, constant suicidal ideation (unprompted and for years before), and pretty bad depression, and I left with a lot of valuable information, skills and knowledge that helped me get to know myself and learn how to work with myself rather than fighting myself. There was a lot of religion mentioned, but if that isn't your thing (like me) it isn't forced on you and the help is actually valuable and not just "believe god has a plan". I found legitimate skills for my problems that actually helped me.
