COLLEEN IS A NIGHTMARE! I cannot express this enough. Client was 100% compliant and went out of way to communicate with Colleen. Client tried to work with Colleen after completing full contract and Collen would not assist in device return. She merely threatened to take deposit. She is a malicious monitor only looking for her best interest. She will lie to the court and like to testing agencies. Thank god we got the toxicology analyst from the testing facility who also has her JD credentials to testify during trial. Collen is horrible. Do whatever you can, she just wants your money and will do minimal to ZERO effort. She wants you to have to go in for tests (some that don't even exist), had to have the toxicology analyst do a witness statement on that as well. Colleen isn't even a real monitor. She merely will push you off as if you are inconveniencing her life.
