I would HIGHLY encourage anyone considering renting through this company to run the other way. They are the worst property management company i've ever had the misfortune of working with. They routinely refuse to fix things in our house and try to make me pay for repairs, until I re-send the lease agreement, and then they'll fix things (MONTHS LATER). They are slow at responding, they show up ALL the time unannounced and send contractors out to our house without alerting us first. And the house was dirty upon moving in, and they are FORCING us to pay a professional cleaning crew to come in before we move out. DO NOT rent from them- i promise it's not worth it.
