Melissa was very punctual. She is very polite and professional AND AS FAR AS DEMONSTRATION she explained the process very well at every stage. My favorite test was learning how much chlorine is in my water and couldn’t understand why it took 18 drops. It was super hard! I don’t drink the tap water but I am disappointed with the city water. The price is a bit high, almost 8000 for the system but the reverse osmosis water works for me. Thank you for your time.
