Sam J was the service person who arrived for our first experience with Wade Heating. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the system. Being new to heat pumps he explained the basic to us. Checked everything and addressed a concern i had about the blower noise and isolaed it ti a retyrn air grill. I will ask for him again the next time that service is due.
