Ted helped us with two separate service calls for our garage door. In both cases, he was able to fix the issue quickly. He professionally diagnosed the problem was very polite and patient in explaining what the problem was and how to properly maintain the system in order to avoid future problems. If future issues arise and if permitted I would ask for him again.
